Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy products from Coccinella Beauty Therapy through this website. They sit alongside your rights under New Zealand consumer law — they do not replace them.

Who You're Buying From
This website is operated by Coccinella Beauty Therapy, 45 Victoria Avenue, Whanganui 4500, New Zealand. You can reach us at info@coccinella.co.nz or +64 6 348 7557. We sell to customers in New Zealand only.
Placing an Order
- ✦Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we have accepted your order and your payment has been confirmed.
- ✦We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we do, we will refund you in full.
- ✦Please check your order carefully before paying. Once an order is placed we cannot always change it, though we will do our best if you contact us quickly.
- ✦You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Prices & Payment
- ✦All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
- ✦The price you see is the price you pay — GST is included in the amount shown, never added at checkout.
- ✦Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay.
- ✦We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already paid for.
- ✦Occasionally a product may be listed at the wrong price. If that happens we will contact you before processing your order, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and are never seen or stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Delivery & Collection
Pick up in salon
Collect from 45 Victoria Avenue, Whanganui during opening hours.
Free
Urban delivery
Tracked courier to a town or city address.
$7.00 ($9.00 with a pack)
Rural delivery
Tracked courier to a rural delivery address.
$10.00 ($12.00 with a pack)
- ✦We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- ✦Delivery times depend on the courier. Most urban deliveries arrive within 1 to 3 working days, and rural deliveries may take a little longer.
- ✦We will email you when your order is on its way, or when it is ready to collect from the salon.
- ✦Orders for collection should be picked up within 30 days. Please bring your order number with you.
- ✦Risk in the products passes to you on delivery, or when you collect them from the salon.
- ✦If a parcel does not arrive, let us know and we will trace it with the courier.
Your Rights Under New Zealand Law
When you buy from us as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you guarantees that our products will be of acceptable quality, fit for their purpose, and match how we have described them. The Fair Trading Act 1986 also requires us to describe our products accurately.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights. Where anything written here conflicts with the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act, the law takes precedence.
Returns & Refunds
- ✦If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right — with a repair, replacement or refund, as the Consumer Guarantees Act requires.
- ✦For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty.
- ✦Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days if you have changed your mind. Return postage is at your cost, and we will refund the product price.
- ✦Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can tell you where to send it and note your return.
- ✦Refunds are made to the original payment method, and usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days.
Products & This Website
- ✦Product images are provided by the manufacturer and are as accurate as we can make them. Colours may vary slightly between screens.
- ✦We describe our products honestly and do not make claims about results we cannot support. Skincare works differently on different people, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
- ✦If you have a skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant, please check with your therapist or doctor before using a new product.
- ✦The content, images and branding on this website belong to us or our suppliers, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Salon Appointments
These terms cover products bought through our online shop. Appointments and treatments in the salon are covered separately by our Cancellation Policy, which explains deposits, rescheduling, non-attendance and our re-do policy.
